Delete Your Data

Pump Mate has no sign-up or user account. Your projects, calculations, Pump Measurement records and preferences are stored only on your device. The app does use one pseudonymous identifier, created automatically, to authorize the protected pump-curve catalogue and to hold Pump Mate Pro purchase status. This page explains how to delete what is linked to that identifier.

Delete data stored on your device

Delete individual projects and saved results inside the app, or uninstall Pump Mate to remove all of its local data. Nothing on your device is sent to us.

Request deletion of your identifier’s data

1. In Pump Mate, open Settings → Purchases and tap Support ID to copy it.
2. Email el.pipero.app@gmail.com with the subject “Pump Mate data deletion request” and paste the Support ID.
3. We confirm by reply when the deletion is complete, normally within 30 days.

We never ask for a password, payment details or any other identification.

What we cannot delete through this request

• Store purchase records. Payments and order history are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. After deletion, you can still restore a Pump Mate Pro purchase from Settings → Purchases; doing so creates a new entitlement record.
• Usage analytics. Analytics is off unless you opt in, and its events are not linked to your Support ID, so we cannot find them from it. Turn it off at any time in Pump Mate Settings; retained events follow Google’s retention policy.
• Error diagnostics. Crash reports are content-redacted and not linked to your Support ID. They are retained under Sentry’s policy.

After deletion

The next time you open Pump Mate, it creates a new pseudonymous identifier automatically. Your on-device data is not affected unless you delete it yourself.
